What I collect
When you submit an enquiry, order request, or contact form on this site, I collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number (if given), and any order or message details you include.
How it's used
- To respond to your enquiry or order request
- To confirm order details, pricing, and arrange pickup or delivery
- To keep a record of past orders for reference
Your information is never sold, and is only shared with a third party where necessary to fulfil your order (for example, a delivery arrangement) or where required by law.
Photos of orders
I sometimes photograph finished orders for the Gallery page or Instagram. If you'd rather your order isn't shared publicly, just mention it when you order and I'll leave it out.
